SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Ground shipping charges within the 48 contiguous states are included on all items in our store. You will not see a shipping charge on your order unless you choose Express Shipping, as described below.

EXPRESS SHIPPING or APO, FPO ADDRESSES:
  • Express Shipping (Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day) is available at an additional cost. Those options are made available to you during the check out process.
  • Please note that Express Shipping refers to business days. Saturdays and Sundays should not be included when calculating approximate delivery dates.
  • Express shipping does not include the day your order actually ships. For example if we ship your order on Monday via 3 day shipping, Monday is not counted as a shipping day. Your order, in this case, would arrive on Thursday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the actual shipping days. The same holds true for 2 day shipping.
  • For APO, FPO and AE addresses please select 3-Day shipping. There is an additional charge of $9.95 to ship to these addresses.

    DELIVERY TIME:
    Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need additional verification and therefore will be delayed. We ask that you please submit the billing information exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed in the most efficient manner.
    Orders received before 11:00 AM EST will be processed that same business day.

    ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES:
    We automatically insure all packages.

    We can accept credit cards for international orders.

    Prices do not include any taxes or tariffs that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office for these charges. You are responsible for paying taxes or tariffs to your customs officials. We do not collect these charges.

    Due to the shipping costs you will incur in exchanging or returning non-defective items from international orders, we strongly suggest that you confirm all options (sizes, colors, etc.) prior to placing your order.

    PAYMENT METHODS:
    We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards issued by banks within the United States. We also accept PayPal.
    We regret that we cannot process orders via COD, company check, personal check, money order or other payment methods not listed above.

    All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
     

    RETURN POLICY:

    In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product simply return it within 365 days for a 100% refund, based upon our Return Guidelines:

  • New Jersey State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size and color.
  • Items being returned must be accompanied by the original packaging materials, including item tags and labels.
  • All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
    If you should need to return an item:
    Please call us at 1-877-518-3339 or email our Customer Service Department at info@myteddybare.com with the following information, requesting a refund:
    1. Order number
    2. Product number and/or name
    3. Reason for return
    We will reply via email with a return address and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to My Teddy Bare accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouse, or any manufacturer's warehouse.
  • Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number.
  • The RMA number should also be noted on the shipping label when returning an item - in the following form: Attention - Returns (RMA # )
  • Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped.
