When does my order ship?
All orders placed before 12 p.m. eastern standard time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the following day. Sorry, but we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

How is my order shipped?
All orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Orders shipped outside the 48 states will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We cannot express ship orders to an APO address, Canada or the U.K. Approximate delivery time to an APO address is 3-5 business days. Appoximate delivery time to Canada and the U.K. is 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Outside the United States, My Teddy Bare can currently be shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom (please see rates listed above).

Can I return lingerie?
New Jersey State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size and color.

Do you offer plus sizing?
A number of our lingerie selections are offered in plus sizes. As you mouse over the lingerie images, the enlarged images will display the available sizes. Plus sizes are also denoted with asterisks (**) when making your lingerie selection.
