With our 365 day return policy there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send My Teddy Bare back in his origianl box and try to make sure he's in the same condition you received him in.

My Teddy Bare takes pride in his quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissastisfied with your purchase, we'll be glad to assist you with a refund or exchange. Please understand that we cannot except returns on lingerie or any other undergarment which has been worn.
